Tiny Huddle
Tiny Huddle
A kid-friendly family command center for one household. Parents keep using Google Calendar if they want. Tiny Huddle turns that day into a simple iPad display: what to do now, what is next, which routines are left, and how many points each kid has.
What Tiny Huddle does
Family calendar
See the week on a shared calendar. Add, edit, or delete events from the Family Display. Assign them to Everybody or to specific family members inside Tiny Huddle.
Now and next
The Home screen shows what is happening now, how much time is left, and what comes next, so kids do not have to hunt through a full calendar.
Routines, points, and rewards
Kids complete routines from the Family Display, earn points on an immutable ledger, and request rewards. A parent PIN unlocks Admin for edits and approvals.
To-dos and weather
Household to-dos live on Home and a To-dos page. Home can also show current weather and the next few days when you set a family location.
Why we ask for Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. You do it in Admin after you unlock with your PIN. Tiny Huddle requests Google account email, basic profile, your calendar list, and calendar event access so it can:
- Show which Google account is connected, and let Admin add another Google account (up to four).
- Let you pick which calendars appear on the Family Display, including extra calendars assigned to one family member.
- Read those events and keep a household copy so the iPad can show today and the coming weeks.
- Create, edit, or delete events on the family calendar you designate, and on extra calendars that are shown for a family member, when someone uses Tiny Huddle.
We use that Google user data only to run the family calendar in Tiny Huddle. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or train AI models with it. Member labels such as Everybody or a child’s name stay in Tiny Huddle and are not written back to Google. You can disconnect Google in Admin. Details are in our privacy policy.
Who it is for
One parent creates an email-and-password account and owns exactly one household. Children are profiles, not separate logins. Anyone at the signed-in Family Display can see the schedule and complete kid-safe actions. Changing routines, rewards, points, family members, calendar connections, or settings needs the admin PIN.
