Tiny Huddle
Terms of service
Last updated August 25, 2026
These terms govern use of Tiny Huddle at https://tinyhuddle.app. By creating an account or using the Family Display, you agree to them.
The service
Tiny Huddle helps one household see its day: routines, points, rewards, to-dos, weather, and a family calendar. It is provided as-is for personal family use.
Your account
You must be old enough to form a contract in your area and able to manage a household. You create one parent account and own one household. Keep your password and admin PIN to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens while someone is signed in on your devices, including anyone using the Family Display.
Family members
Children and other household people are profiles you add, not separate logins. You are responsible for the names, photos, and other details you store about them, and for how the household uses points and rewards.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google, you authorize Tiny Huddle to read selected calendars and to create, edit, or delete events on the family calendar you designate and on extra calendars that are shown. You may connect more than one Google account. You must have the right to share those calendars. Tiny Huddle does not write member assignments back to Google. Google’s own terms still apply to your Google account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tiny Huddle to harm others, break the law, probe other households, or overload the service. Do not try to access another family’s data. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other families at risk.
Your content
You keep rights to the household information you enter. You give Tiny Huddle permission to store and display that information so the product can work for your household.
Availability
We aim to keep Tiny Huddle running, including calendar sync and weather, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Weather and imported calendars can be stale or unavailable. Do not rely on Tiny Huddle for medical, safety, or emergency decisions.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tiny Huddle is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost points, missed events, or data loss. If a court finds we owe you damages, that amount is limited to what you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months (currently nothing, while Tiny Huddle is offered without a fee).
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using Tiny Huddle and ask us to delete the household from the parent email on the account.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent from the parent email on your Tiny Huddle account, or through https://tinyhuddle.app. The privacy policy explains how we handle household data.
